The Guest House resides on our highest floor, and the striking 1,400-square-foot signature presidential suite is full of thoughtful surprises and perfect for dynamic gatherings and events. It showcases 10-foot-high ceilings, sweeping views of the downtown skyline, a separate master bedroom with a king bed, two and a half bathrooms and a queen-sized day bed with plush, oversized pillows in the separate living area.

Unexpected amenities include a wet bar with Dream’s exclusive “Printer’s Abbey” brew on tap created by Black Abbey Brewing, a poker and ping-pong conversion table, wrap around sofa, luxurious Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, walk-in closet and art deco-inspired furnishings. Guest rooms include Karl Lagerfeld bath amenities, Nespresso machine, Japanese-style, Suminagashi-marbled wall covering and richly overdyed oushak rugs with deep crimson and blue jewel tones. Wire-brushed, hand-turned spindle oak headboards with suede upholstery and velvet chairs soften the guest experience.
